Tips

This dual-ended, triple-use brush is made of a goat/pony hair blend. Use the larger end to apply shadow to the lids, and the smaller end to blend a liner for a smokier effect.

For added control, dampen the smaller end, load up the shadow and draw the color on the lash line.

When you're applying a deeper shade, blend the intensity through the interior of the lid.

Use larger end with any Stila eye shadow. Use the small end with smudge pots or dark eye shadow shades.

  1. Multi-purpose. Makes application quick and easy.

I have had this brush for years and it is my favorite eyeshadow brush, and that's saying something since I have about fifteen different eyeshadow brushes. You can use it for the crease, smoky eye, to blend eye liner, to apply a base color, etc. So glad I own this.

  2. this one's definitely HG material

I got this brush in a set, and have since been using it for close to about 2 years now. Since my purchase, I have never NOT used this brush. I've tried to find similar brushes and found semi dupes among various brands, but so far I honestly haven't found anything remotely as awesome as this brush! I do have to admit, i primarily only use the shadow end of the brush (the flat-ish side). The other side (the small crease brush) is largely ignored due to my lack of crease (asian monolids). However that is not to say that the crease side is useless; it just doesn't work for me. The shadow side, however, is absolutely amazing. It is dense and well shaped and I've experienced no shedding since I got it two years ago. I've washed it plenty of times too and even though I always get the ferule wet (where the hair attaches to the base by glue) the brush head has never so much as wobbled. Same cannot be said for my ELF brushes! This brush is soft but dense and distributes shadow evenly. It is perfect for my small lidded asian eye to deposit the darkest shade at the outer corner of my eyes. The flattish tip is fine enough that i also use it to deposit left over pigmentation at the bottom outer edge of my eyes as well. Surprisingly enough, it also works well at doing some blending work once i've deposited the dark shades on the outer corner. I've also used this brush for putting on lid color as well and it is fantastic on my small lid space. Many lid brushes end up being far too large for my small non-creased asian eyelids. I've been virtually unable to live without this brush. Attempts at finding dupes have failed miserably. I got this brush in a set before, but i'm pretty sure that if my current brush should die in some way, i am DEFINITELY purchasing a second one!

This is my go to eye brush. I love that its got my two main eye brushes in one. I have owed this brush for approximately 13 years and its still in great shape. LOVE LOVE Stila brushes!

  4. I bought this brush because Kim K's makeup artist raves about it

kim Kardashian's personal makeup artist has a few videos on youtube for tutorials which I watched recently. He greatly recommended the Stila double ended brush #15, well, I immediately purchased it. It has become my favorite eye shadow and smudge brush. The coverage is gorgeous, smooth and natural looking. I am so happy I saw the video because otherwise I would have never known about this specific brush. I love makeup but I could use good brushes but can't afford a ton of them so you get 2 in one for this and they both work marvelously.

  5. This is my favorite eye shadow brush!

I first bought this brush about 3 years ago, and I've used it nearly everyday since! I use the larger side to pack color on the eye and the smaller side to add contour color. It's also great for travel because it takes the place of two brushes. I've found the quality to be excellent. It's still in perfect shape after 3 years of use and washings. I can definitely say that if anything ever happened to it, I would immediately purchase a new one. I don't think I could be without it!
