- Follow these simple sets when using The Perfect Cat Eye Talking Palette:

1. Apply the base color from the lash line to the brow bone.
2. Use the Brush #15 to apply Kitten to the lid. Blend the color underneath the eye on the lower lash line.
3. Add Eden to the crease enhance and correct the eye area. Keep the eye open and use soft up and down strokes for best results.
4. Define the eye with liner. Draw a nike swoosh like line. Use the angled brush damp with black cat or the liquid liner to create this line.

- For added emphasis, define the inner well of the eye with Kitten to brighten and shape the eye. Also, try using Kitten wet for more pop.
- For a bolder look, line softly with Black Cat on the lower lash line and create a strong line on top with the liquid liner. Make sure that the top is darker than the bottom.
- To create the wing of the cat eye, use the lower lash line as a guide and create the wing first. Then connect it when lining the rest of the eye. Also, as a good rule of thumb, begin to line upward at the second to last lash.
