This is where we draw the line: Directly at the lashes, with a precise pony brush that's used wet or dry. Dampen the narrow brush, load up on the liner color, and then press it against the back of your hand to mold the bristles flat. Use the edge of the brush to draw the color as close to the lashes as possible. To simply enhance the lash line, use this brush dry. The end result is a soft, natural diffusion.

Use with Stila smudge pots or dark eye shadow shades.
